Chat & WhatsApp

The concierge initially answers website topics using prepared information. When the AI chat is enabled, your message and recent chat history are sent to the OpenAI API to generate an answer. We do not store the chat history in our website database. Please do not enter sensitive health data. WhatsApp opens only when you click the contact link; you review and send the message yourself.

What the forms store

Applications, partnership enquiries, general messages and experience interests are stored separately in the protected website database. Records contain your submitted contact information, content, language, timestamps and the notice version. Only the authorised site administrator can access management records.

Applications and Talent Pool

Your application is used to review potential collaboration. Optional retention for future editions is recorded separately. Your profile is never published automatically. Please do not submit health data or sensitive documents.

Confirming newsletter signup

Marketing registrations are stored separately and stay inactive until the email link is confirmed. The confirmation link is valid for 48 hours. You can unsubscribe through the unsubscribe link or Contact at any time. Applications do not trigger newsletter registration.

Storage and deletion

Enquiries are reviewed for deletion after 6 months, voluntary Talent Pool profiles after 12 months, and unconfirmed newsletter signups after 30 days. The admin area displays these dates and supports deleting individual records. You can request deletion earlier.

Technology and service providers

Hosting and access are provided through ChatGPT Sites; form data resides in a connected Cloudflare D1 database. A Resend connection is prepared for confirmation emails but is not yet active. A hashed key with an hourly window limits repeated submissions. Fonts and images are served locally; no marketing tracking is used.

Contact funnel measurement

We count page views, contact clicks, form starts and errors by day, page, language and audience. Stored enquiries are counted on the server. These counts contain no email addresses, messages, IP addresses or visitor identifiers. No analytics cookies are set. A separate short-lived hash limits abuse; expired rate-limit keys are removed during form submissions. Qualification, revenue and costs are managed only in the protected admin area.
